Do you receive any support from your department/ college to conduct research?
support such as fund, allocated time for research, training, publishing fees, incentives ....etc.
In my institution ,there is support but not complete,some equipments and materials are provided . There is also follow-up and moral support. While the researcher is required to complete researches, most researches costs are paid by the researcher.
There's a advice in limited aria such as moral and behavior they support but regards to cost of research representative in practical side and publish the paper in scientific journal is not there for so many reason regarding..

The subject of my doctoral thesis is to invent a new system whose applications in chemical engineering, chemistry, agri-food, water treatment, oil processing, petroleum refining are numerous. After the invention, it is necessary to carry out a theoretical and practical study of the new system, then we carried out the modeling. After all that, I received a part of manufacturing cost. The system, invented and realized, is now functional. I am happy. I believe that if the patent will be sold then we can recover all that we have spent.

In return, the researcher will be given a book of thanks and appreciation in addition to a simple financial reward but does not pay the fees of publishing in these magazines

Yes, my institution has a fund that allows me and every other full-time professor to use a certain amount of money each year for conference participation. To receive the money, I submit paperwork to show that the conference is relevant to my professional development.
