i have got the attached results in the following picture. may you help me to explain the change, please?
X-ray diffraction was used to identify phases, quantify changes in the cell parameters, orientation, crystallite size and other structural parameters of some alloys
I hope you can give more details about what you want to study according to these results. Furthermore, please attached the raw files of your XRD patterns to let experts help you using their XRD softwares. Have you correct the instrumental broadening before you are calculating the coherent domain size ( crystallite size) or other parameters such as dislocation density, stacking fault ...etc?. These data in the attached tables may become meaningless if you do not consider many other important parameters that associated with the measuring of these change in your alloy using XRD.

I want to study the effect of adding a portion of aluminium on the structural properties of the base alloy SnSb13
The attachments are not pictures but tables. A table is simply a collection of numbers.
Instead of using raw data, use the JADE software to plot your data and compare it with the standard cards of your specific material. Once you find the best match, then you can see which planes are present in your sample.

to study the different in structure you need to do refinement for your compound then study :
1- the changes in lattice parameter.
2- the changes in atomic positions
3- you can plot your structure before and after refinement , then study the different between them.
* i suggest for you to use fulprof program.
