We were trying to generate Table 1 from Phenix and got errors, saying that our unmerged data and merged data have different values for unit cell and space group. The numbers for the unit cell are switched between the unmerged and merged (unmerged: (86 123 107), merged: (86 107 123)). We opened our hkl file in text edit and edited the numbers to match the values between the unmerged and merged data. Then, we got an error, saying "Resolution limits for unmerged data in the structure do not cover the full range present in the merged data."

Any suggestions, please?
