Proteogenomics, methods of searching for protein-coding regions in genomes. Various methods of data visualization, used in bioinformatics.
Proteogenic analysis of breast cancer clarifies the functional consequences of somatic mutations, narrows the range of candidates among the leading genes within large deletions and amplified sites, and identifies therapeutic targets.

We have found authors for more than half of the chapters (10) so far. There are still a number of opportunities to influence the field of proteogenomics. Also, we want a comprehensive overview of the field so if you feel that something is missing in the list of chapters please propose an additional topic.
