I am wanting to write a case report of a suspected Rare condition however the work up turned out to be negative for it. Writing it more of a close call/ things to consider. Would this be reasonable or publishable?

I think if we perform research we not always come up positive results....sometimes we face negative results..so it depends upon we ppl...how to defend it...
