I hope my intention is meaningful. We can use this format : authors names with initial(s) behind, year of publication, Title, Journal name in full, Vol No: (issue), pp xx-xx. Need the views of researchers globally. Why unnecessarily worry for semicolons, short form of Journal names and different complex format options within the reference details, When all of our intentions is make reader know only on the details of a publication?

I completely agree. It is ridiculous that publishers cannot agree on a single citation format.
This would greatly benefit academic researchers and authors in general who may need to submit an article to a new publication outlet.
In your proposed format, I don't think you need pp. in front of the pages, since you've stated you're trying to eliminate extra and unnecessary elements in the citation format. I do agree that pages should always be at the end of the citation, regardless of if the citation is for a journal/magazine article or a book chapter.
