I am currently working on my undergraduate thesis project and we are trying to compare the AHP method with the AHP-TOPSIS method. I have already found the format for an AHP survey questionnaire, however, I cannot find the format of an AHP-TOPSIS survey anywhere. Would anyone be able to recommend some AHP-TOPSIS articles that include their survey questionnaire in their appendix? Or would anyone have a sample document that outlines the format for what a proper AHP-TOPSIS questionnaire should look like? Thank you!
