In studies about divorce Family conflict can be considered as an Independent variable. Children who experience conflicts after divorce between their parents are emotionally significantly more stressed than children without this experience. Children with married parents, but highily conflicted families are as much stressed as the children I just mentioned.

Dear Muhammed, I don't understand your question. First of all a family is more then conflicts. In a family there is also happiness. In other words families do have many outcomes they strive for like  educating children well, caring about elderly, mediating, fulfilling rituals etc. Conflicts is only one outcome.   

for me too, it isn't clear whether you mean conflicts between work and family, how to match work and family, or whether you need family conflict measures. These I could provide you some literature for (concerning separation/divorce), if you want so. 

thanks for your valuable comments, in simple words my question is about work interference with family conflict , Family interference with work conflict. in most of the studies WIF and FIW took as mediating components between job stressors ( as antecedents are work pressure, lack of autonomy, and work role ambiguity), , family stressors (as antecedents are parental workload and child misbehavior), and the outcomes of job distress, family distress, and depression (measured as job satisfaction, family satisfaction, and life satisfaction). In most of the studies WFC, FWC or WIF, FIW played as a mediating component between antecedent (independent variable ) and outcome (Dependent variable) . hence i want to ask that can i use WFC, FWC or WIF, FIW as independent variables too? i mean whatever are the antecedents we are controlling them and taking WFC, FWC or WIF, FIW as independent variable. i hope it will elaborate my question . thanks

You may take WFC, FWC or WIF, FIW as Independent variales, think. It will depend on how you operationalize These variables whether this makes sense or not
