I know of two companies that are doing commercial inductive charging. These are:

Qualcomm: http://www.qualcommhalo.com/ ; and

(I've seen a operational similar system with becker-mining, but I cannot find their links to it.)

I'm not sure about what the losses are with wireless charging, because it's always sold for it's convenience, not it's efficiency.

Charging between two stationary vehicles should not be much more of a challenge. I foresee lot's of challenges when they are moving though, especially in opposite directions, as your time to do the charging gets very short.

thank u David Johnson and C.P. Ravikumar  for your helps. but as far as I know there is not any implemented  project about  wireless charging between 2 vehicles ( when they move) so i think  for working on security  part we can not say any thing  because  first I should be sure that  this charging is possible  or not . I mean it is efficient  or  not.

because of this I think  wireless charging on ground is better option because at least  we can be sure it is  implemented,
