Dear Wassan Nori, anyone who is to choose freely whether to take or not the vaccine will hesitate or refuse. Because many suspecious signs about the speed and very short time to develop such vaccines, compared to previous viruses, which lack to any vaccine though they appeared since decades!!! However, I think for many reasons, most people will be obliged to take the vaccine to be able to Travel. The vaccination will be part of the passport data, and no country will accept non-vaccined visitors. My Regards

It is up to everyone to choose the risks to which they are exposed. Certainly, COVID-19 is mild in most healthy young people. But it can sometimes be serious, or long, or leave sequelae even in those who do not belong to a group at risk. However, although it cannot yet be said that vaccination will decrease the risk of transmission, it may be the case! Thus, those who live or work with frail people may be motivated to accept vaccination in order to protect them.
Yes Of course. I think mRNA vaccines are news technologies in vaccines industry. They have many advantage than their young brothers (proteins abd DNA vaccines):
-easier to develop quickly
-potential immunogical advantage by recruting CD8+ cytotoxic T cells in addition CD4+ helper T cells
-vectorization with nanoparticules to be directly uptake by cell and produce the desired protein
-not affected by preexisting immunity
-do not enter in the nucleus of the cell given that protein synthesis take place in the cytoplasme specially in the surface of the reticulome endoplasmique by the ribosome. So I will take this vaccine and I will recommand it.
The only effective way to combat SARS-CoV-2 is to have an effective vaccine against this virus. I'll wait for a certain time till It's efficacy is validated. If the vaccine proves to be effective, I'll take it even if I haven't got the infection, and yes, recommend it too.
I will get vaccinated. And yes, I definitely recommend the vaccine to everyone, so that we can all lead a normal life and end this global masquerade at once.
