one of the chitosan derivatives is liquid at 4 and it has been gelated at 37. it has two functional groups included amine and butyl. i am goeing to bind a carboxy-cyclodextrin( from functional 6-OH) to it's amine group. Will cyclodextrin alters the time and gelling temperature or not?
