If I were to conduct an experiment where I would apply Aspartame (mixed with water) to the skin, and follow with electroporation, what do you think the likelyhood is that angiogenesis will be induced? If I recieve answers that indicate a possiblity of angiogenesis induction, I will do this as an in vivo human trial. There are a few studies that report Aspartame as being angiogenic linked below:

I appreciate your concern for my legal well being and the safety of the volunteers, but I am aware if the concentual requirements and have been approved for experimentation.
As to your comment regarding electroporation, I would suggest you read a good many available studies showing the transdermal carrying effects of electroporation. I myself have already delivered growth factors and drugs through the skin effectively and safely.
I am not sure if you were implying that the skin is unpenetrable via electroporation, but I assure you it is not. And if Aspartame was applied topically, I am sure electroporation would deliver it transdermally.
Having already considered all of this prior to your highlighting, I will return to the original question I asked.
Will it induce angiogenesis (or is it likely to) if it can be carried transdermally. Whether by electroporation or by carriers such as emu oil or propylene glycol?

I may be thinking out loud and really fantasizing so I am asking the older tier to evaluate this idea but maybe you can use DMSO as the carrier for the agent and as for the angiogenesis. As far as I can remember, hypoxia stimulates angiogenesis in tumors so you can try to simulate hypoxia in the tissue you want. But you should find how to do it, maybe small doses of cyanide? I don,t really know.
