Will ALL acute lymphoblastic leukemia T lymphocyte/B lymphocytes protect themselves from foreign substances (Microbes) in cancer patients? If Yes, how will they do this? Being immature cells, how can they protect themselves from infectious agents?

If the answer is no, then why don't we artificially infect the ALL cell within the bone marrow, where the bone marrow of the ALL patient is completely occupied by immature T lymphocyte/B lymphocytes and allows little room for the normal immune cell?
