Sexual harassment with women as victim in majority cases in work settings is a burning and prevailing issue. With greater participation of women in work settings it is imperative that women rights should be protected on constitutional basis. Workplace as the commonest harassment location, men sexual harassment and E-sexual harassment indicate emerging paradigms of sexual harassment. Sensitization of employees regarding existing laws and strengthening the internal complaints committee were the effective preventive strategies suggested. Empowerment of school children is a novel bottom-up approach suggested.
Woman right should be protected because of the fragile nature,fear and abuse on the part of their opposite sex,this will serve as a protective measure to curb violence against them either domestic and the privilege to speak out to the constituted authority
In view of my contribution woman are exposed to different violence but few of them were able to speak because of their culture and religious beliefs which has sent many women to early grave, please help us as woman to protect our right on constitutional basis and woman speak out don't mind what people will say, your life is important don't allow anybody to destroy you destiny
