Transmission lines always have an impedance (defined by inductance, capacity, serial resistance).
It is only that - given "normal" circumstances - the impedance can be more or less neglected for line lengths below 10 % of the shortest wavelength to be transmitted. Beyond this "magic number", reflections resulting from impedance mismatch start to ruin your day. AND: this is valid for all frequencies. It is only so that wavelengths are larger for low frequencies. When your wavelength exceeds some 10 km, you typically can forget about that issue.
Maybe you can get access to some material about "line theory" basics. Better basics than jumping directly into "antenna theory". There are a lot of considerations.
power transfer capacity related to the reactance of the transmission line ,as the frequency increase reactance is increased so reactive power consumption by transmision line is increased and hence reduced the max power transfer limit throught the line ,as the freuency reduced problem of reactance is reduced >>>such as incase of HVDC transmission line no stability problem beacuse no frequency and hence no reactance problem
As it has been pointed out by U. Dreher and Ahmed hassan Hamed all revolve around the line reactance which has major impact on line carrying capability stability limit. As it has been emphasised higher the frequency higher the reactance. Effect becomes prodominant of lines of length greater than 10 % of wavelength..
