Hello,

I am facing with a problem and it occurs many times. I am tring to prepare a terrific broth from normal recipe, using buffer salts, yeast extract, tryptone and glycerol at the end. Although I use distilled water and prepare my medium freshly, even after autoclave my medium seem to be cloudy and when I wait, there is white precipitate at the bottom. I changed the solid ingredients thinking that they may absorbed some moist from air, I couldn't solve the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestion/reasoning for this problem ?

Thank you in advance!
