I looked to excel file results from MaxQuant, and I noticed for example in one protein a list of peptides, when I checked the value of ms m/z it was 840.05 and of ms ms m/z value it was 840.35 why is this difference?I understood that 840 is a precursor ion, and ms ms are fragment ions, In this case, can i say ok this is ms ms spectrum of precursor ion 840.05(see the file, its shown in upper of the spectrum that is ms2 of 840.35 which confused me? I attached part of excel and msms spectrum to help
