I overlapped synthesis DNA (linear A B and C = 225bp)

and attached T7 promotor to head of ABC (250bp) , then I

tested the product size of my primer (160bp) by RPA method, It’s correct.

then I invitro transcriped DNA to RNA and tested product size of primer again by RT-RPA

It’ almost 250bp Why It shipped?
