that normal, because you used polymer. and the polymer used has flexible, therefore, the properties of you sample has flexible neutral , also the flexible sample is depending on ratio of polymer used

I think Piezoelectric polymers can be made as a thin films or fibers which materials are flexible, and suitable for different applications.

Polymer is itself flexible material. By adding polymer to ceramics, definitely it will become flexible instead of brittle. It depends on how much polymer used in the ceramics. Also depends on the different applications of the ceramics.
