Would any researcher please explain me why the majority carriers in graphene without field effect is p-type?
Dear Hasan,
As I know graphene is often p-doped by water, oxygen or nitrogen dioxide when it is exposed to the air. That is why without the electric field, the majority charge carriers are holes.
I hope that information can help you.
Dear Gia Quyet Ngo, thanks for your valuable answer. This is very helpful.
