I used ASAP web (Assemble Species by Automatic Partitioning; https://bioinfo.mnhn.fr/abi/public/asap/#) and it was working very well. Now, I'm trying to use it again and unfortunately I am facing problems and this is one message I'm getting "no access to /var/www/html/abi/public/asap/temp/1005.1804289"
Any ideas for overcoming this problem

This website is still down. They should really host the software on github or some other archival website.
I take that back, there are python wrappers on github for ASAP and ABGD

Looks like they offer CLI/Scripting or GUI options with the python wrapper.
