There are many papers by Indian scientists published in Scopus-indexed journals. Why do you think these journals do not accept such papers? How many such cases do you know?
I know that concerns are also expressed that articles by Chinese authors are "victims". I have not seen that in the journals I read. Such large countries like China and India (and they have people like me who live away from there now) must have a big % of manuscripts accepted and a big % of manuscripts rejected. That's the law of statistics. I agree with Shivendra Singh that the growth is just getting higher and higher for those countries.
In Scopus DataBase we are in 4th place for the years 2020 and 2021. If they have done like this how it is possible?. Hence based on the journal requirements, you prepare and proceed
