When deploying a matlab simulink model, that consist of a single pulse generator, on arduino hardware, everything goes ok. But when two pulse generators are put in the model and deploy it, arduino hardware malfunctions as it takes long time for a signal to switch on/off. That is, while period and pulse width are put in range of milliseconds, results appear in hardware oscilloscope in range of seconds. However, in terms of simulation, time is exact (what is put in pulse generator setting appear in simulink scooe) regardless of number of pulse generators.
