I am doing the photoelectrochemical hydrogen production. I use linear sweep voltammetry to observe the photocurrent density under dark and light irradiation. However, my result is weird because the photocurrent density in the dark reaction is higher than in the light irradiation. My electrode is thin film on the ITO substrate and I use three electrode system for LSV measurement. Does anyone know about this phenomena?
