How to do spectral convolution of the hyperspectral PRISMA images with Sentinel-2 MSI spectral response function?

I would like to synethize Sentinel-2 bands from PRISMA bands to examine the agreement of the data (the aim is pest monitoring). I am interested in the equations and exact methods. Thank you for any help in advance.
