To help you, can you describe more precisely what exactly you want to do and what devices you use? We work with polyamide 6 in injection and extrusion technology and the processing temperature is 270 degrees for 30% glass fiber (w/w). Do you have glass fibers in polyamide-6? what fiber content in polyamide (% w/w)? do you want to introduce fiber into polyamide? What device are you using? single or twin screw extruder? Remember that if you use too high temperature, and it looks like it, polyamide-6 degrades very quickly in the presence of air and this can cause trouble. Perhaps your temperature is too high in the first zone of the extruder, there should be no more than 200.

What is rhe loading of graphene?

Did you try to perform some rheometric experiments to estimate the viscosity ( and the effect of graphene on the PA viscosity?)

Also, maybe like Robert just said, pay attention to the possible degradation of Polyamide in the screw. Usually (under air...), it gives shorter chains but is it still true for polyamide at very high temperature with graphene in a screw???

To check that, you can measure the viscosity of polymer after having one be heated up in the extruder.

To inform all of you, the problem has been solved. The material itself was not the issue, all I need to do was just to firstly preheat the barrel for 1 hour, the screw speed sets to be moderate and the tip of the nozzle have to be at a high temperature. By using this method, the problem is solved. Again, thank you so much for the helps !! :)
