Why ncode use un-averaged stress results to simulate fatigue analysis?

I'm trying to do fatigue life simulation using ncode. Stress simulation was done in Ansys mechanical.

When I import the results file inside ncode the stress results(in ncode) are shown similar to the unaveraged von mises stress which is shown in Ansys mechanical.

The highest stress concentration point and the stress value change substantially when using unaveraged results. Because of this the fatigue life results give different results that would be expected from using the averaged stress values in Ansys.

How to overcome this issue?
