Hi,

I recently fabricated a flat perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3-xClx and CH3NH3PbI3-xBrx) but unfortunately the Voc is very low (about 0.4V) but the Jsc is considerably high (>20 mA/cm2). I looked under the SEM, there is no visible pinhole and the crystals formed were compact as well. The films also looked very dark. The FF is low, about 0.35 and that FF and Voc caused the PCE to be merely 3%.

The architecture is ITO\PEDOT:PSS\Perovskite\PC61BM\Bphen\Al.

From the SEM, I can see the PEDOT layer ~50nm, perovskite+PCBM (~600 nm) I can't distinguish the PCBM from perovskite. Bphen: 8nm + Al 100nm (sequential thermal evaporation)

Please help me!!
