When I change some parameters in my model using Matlab/Livelink it gave me different answers comparing to comsol alone.
Here are the main codes:
R1,R2,R3, k, etc were defined correctly!

I could not use Modelutil.remove code, but I don't think that's the problem. cause when I don't change any thing and just load the file and do the same runs it gives me correct answers, but when I change the parameters the answers are not similar with comsol answers.

I had encountered the same problem few weeks back. I was solving the same model, in comsol and through matlab livelink option and got two different solutions. The way I created the matlab code is to build the model in comsol, compact it and save it as a .m file. I use this to initialize everything and run the model in the comsol server through matlab, and then I use a second program to alter some parameters and do some additional parametric sweeps. At this point my model started giving different answers.
I still don't know why this is happening, but I have successfully troubleshooted my model using following method. I'm still using the same thing as above, but I don't do the "compact History" option anymore. I have noticed that when model is saved with and without compacting, some of the solver configurations are not there anymore. so when I rebuild the geometry and mesh after new parameters, and then use the model.sol(''Sol1). runall, it solves differently than the first time. ( i know this should not be the case, but is is happening with my model any way!!!)
so you can do either of the following and see if it solves your problem. either you can use the uncompacted version of your .m file.(this is very long, usually, as it has all the history) or instead of using sol.runall, use the whole of your solver code.(just run it in comsol, save as .m, and get the whole code for the solver).
Is there any connection of this problem with the steps MATLAB/ Comsol is using? I had a problem with Matlab and Mathematica. no idea id it helps.... :(
