What is the best way to derive the weak form for pde equation based modeling in COMSOL?

I have read the Comsol documentation but i did not get it. I should use weak form pde to model my problem. the equation is attached in Fig. (equ). This is equation of piezoelectric movement.

Tij=0 in this case. All capital parameters are constant
