I need to use acoustic matching grease in between my copper electrode and PZT samples, however the usually used materials like silicon grease are not conductive and may interfere the electrical conductivity between the electrodes and PZT samples. I can not bond my samples and electrodes so I am looking for a grease or gel based material.
I've been making and using piezoelectric devices for about 40 years. Coupling gell is used for coupling, but as for impedance matching compound, they are always fabricated as needed. I have a detailed section in my textbook about creating impedance matching materials, what is needed and how to compound them. They are typically some resinous material like epoxy and some high density solid like powdered tungsten or powdered alumina.

If you are looking for an off the shelf material, I've used silver filled conductive epoxy. The silver increases the density and the speed of sound only changes a few percent from that of the epoxy. So, density times speed of sound equals acoustic impedance and this can be used for acoustic impedance matching.
