Seems like the cells are not growing.

you can test a few things

1. if you can observe Chlamy cells under microscope

2. inoculating the culture on microbial media to check if it has got bacterial contamination (as it could be a reason for turbidity)

3. if above things seem fine then you need to recheck the growth conditions recommended for your strain.

Does you cell divide and grow ?

Can you check photosynthetic activity by measuring absorbance of your cell in red spectrum ?

I think you cell are loosing viability and are not able to perform their photosynthetic activity, so they degradre Chl a and b. Can be due to a condition degradation: pH, temperature, or contamination. You can check all these 3.

You can also try an other medium ( TAP-Medium )

1. Medium pH

You may prepare Sueoka medium with proper compositions. But I think that the reason why the cells appeared transparent or white was your medium was not in normal operating range of pH. Please check this.

2. Strain test

Moreover, I agree with previous comments. You can test whether your strain has capability to grow in cultivating TAP medium.

3. Contamination

Bacterial contamination might cause cells to not grow.
