i add a force to right hand side of momentum equation in ansys fluent. after finish the simulation i checked the mass conservation and the continety is violate in my simulation.
my BC is : mass flow inlet, and pressure outlet and i have a uniform heat flux. when i add a udf to my simulation, after finish solving, my outlet mass flow have flactuation but my inlet mass flow is fix. how it can be possible?

Are your fluids incompressible fluids or do you use any kind of equation of state for densities?

Thank for your attention. i solve the problem. my outlet mass flow was fix and flactuation was beacuse of residual accuracy, but i have another problem now.
my BC was mass flow inlet and pressure outlet. my density is constant now and inlet and outlet mass flow rate is equall, but my outlet velocity flactuate. can you explain why my pressure flactuate?

Have you visualized your flow? Any occurring vortex systems? Pressure at inlet fluctuates as well. So any occurring flow oscillations which are only weakly dampened?

you mean the vortex in my domain give fluctuation to outlet velocity?
Dr Frank, i added force to all of cells in fluid domain and that force have a sinusoidal shape. i didn't visualize my flow for vortex. my geometry is very simple.
and what do you mean about this question:(( So any occurring flow oscillations which are only weakly dampened? )) . i cant understand very well. if possible please explain more.
