I have read some responses on here about them looking at different things etc which I understand, but I'm more interested in asking how it should be reported following a significant ANOVA?
Tukey Post-Hoc tests control the family-wise error rate. Ther is no need to look for any ANOVA result. So it should be reported as it is, like "None of the tested hypotheses could be rejected when controlling the family-wise error rate at (alpha)".
