I am researching the effect of gender and video game use on reaction times. To do this, I will have participants complete two reaction time tests (a simple test and a four choice test). I am a little confused on which statistical test to use to compare these means. I had originally planned to use a two-way ANOVA but then I realised I wil have two sets of reaction times for each test and I am not sure how to approach this in SPSS.
You can perform seperate analyses per tests. There's two way MANOVA but it may not be necessary.
