Why is the displacement rate map generated from ALOS PALSAR using SARscape black with null values?

I am trying to generate a Displacement rate map from ALOS PALSAR data sets using SARscape. However the final output that I get is a black image. Any suggestions or help is welcomed. I have also attached a screenshot of what the output looks like.
