I want to compare the T-beam (Analytical solution) to beam attached to the plate with same dimensions (Abaqus result), but there is huge difference between the two results.
1) dimensions and load condition for both the model are same.
2) I have also attached the picture
could you please tell what assumptions should I make in order to get the approx. same result?

I am not using ABAQUS, but it seems to me even if all the assumption and boundary conditions of the two models are the same, the analytical solution can be compared with the results of ABAQUS when the size of finite element mesh is very small. In other words the responses obtained from finite element analysis converge to the analytical responses at the limit of zero mesh size (practically sufficiently small mesh size), and the "sufficiently small" mesh depends on the problem and likely the modelling details. Accordingly, maybe the expectation is not very correct. Many thanks for your kind attention.
101.14 mm deflection... Even though I did not make any check, this deflection seems unreasonably large.
