What is the possible chemical component of rice straw to produce high nitrogen content after composting?

Rice when growing, it absorbs N, however about 40% of it remains in the vegetative part. During composting, The microorganisms attacks the straw and N will be released. So unlike other straws, rice has a higher N content when broken down
