It might be due the chemical contamination during the preparation step. There might me something in your pipette tip or PCR tube etc. which might have caused the colour.

Hi Magda,

the only cause I can see for this pink color is the addition of BET during one step. if right, take care because BET is toxic, you'll nee to eliminate all stuffs by the right protocol.
