I usually get this type of profile when the DNA/RNA is at low concentration...

What is the concentration of your sample?

You have sometimes weird profile when there is a bubble in the liquid column, but usually the software displays an error message when it happens.

Did you try to rerun the quantification with another volume of your sample? try to use 1.5ul instead of 1ul

may be you need to mix you DNA sample well. you can use vortex to mix. also you can check the attached reference i think it can help.
