PhD degree is not only a certificate of training but a recognition of an achievement of a higher learning and capability to use the knowledge gained for doing research and establishing new knowledge to solve problems. knowledge is a light, a compass in darkness and hence has to be shared and known either for immediate use or for further development, extension or modification of it and this process of sharing, making known what is obatiend is what is called publication. It is knowledge that makes us move and evolve from civilization of a lover standard to a civilization of a better and higher standard and each result obtained should be celebrated and recognized as a brick in the construction of towers of knowledge.
