i am using imagej Fuji, Gel quantification tool to analysis a western blot band's intensity ... i know how to do it, but whenever i try to select more than three bands the tool wont let me... does some one have any idea why is that?

When drawing the rectangles in imageJ they are repositioned to coincide the first one in height (or width if the analysis is done horizontally) in order to plot the bands. If your first rectangle does not include the bands present in other lanes this automatic repositioning may have excluded them?
