The protein is around 360 kDa which make it very hard to transfer.

Why image j wont select more than 3 bands in the gel quantification tool ?

i am using imagej Fuji, Gel quantification tool to analysis a western blot band's intensity ... i know how to do it, but whenever i try to select more than three bands the tool wont let me... does...
