Why i got strange band for B actin western blot?

As in the figure, I got a weird B actin band in western blot well 4. The well should contain the positive sample but in that case, also I did not get any band as expected. In B actin also it shows a strange band than others with some smiling effect. I used 12% SDS PA-gel.
