I am using Visual Studio 2017 for simulation study. I am getting good results under Debug build. But I got wrong results when I run my program under Release build. Do you know what's the reasons? Please give your suggestions and comments.

I think you should look at Advanced settings, there might be default settings.
Sometimes defined macros doesn't go through the VC flow as expected and we get wrong results in release mode.

You might be facing different dependent of pointer, as different set of codes could be used in different version of Visual Studio.
