Being zero bandgap material why graphene shows a peak in UV Vis spectroscopy?
Graphene contains almost conjugated double bonds in it structure. Therefore, pi to pi star transitions occurred during UV-vis light irradiation.

Single layer graphene has zero band gap. Multilayer graphene showed absorbance peak due to conjugated double bond. And please don't use tauc relation to calculate graphene band gap.
the peak at 231~236 nm is due to π to π* transition of C=C bonds.
