why all publications shows different peak values for sp2 carbon, COH, C-O, C=O, COOH

Dear Robin Singla:

Pi electrons in the graphene sheet delocalized . This electron density and the electron density of other functional groups affects on C1s. He feels the environment. So show different C1s peak value.
