Fungi and bacteria are not considered plants. Classification of them changed in the 20th century, when these organisms began to be classified as being outside the plant kingdom. Plant are multicellular organisms that typically produce their own food from inorganic matter by the process of photosynthesis and that have more or less rigid cell walls containing cellulose. Bacteria are not now classified as plants because there is no tissue differentiation. Fungi have no chlorophyll and don’t carry out photosynthesis, which is the main reason they are not now classified as plants.
They are not considered plants. But please note, presence of chlorophyll is not a strict requirement for classification as a plant (see: Monotropa uniflora).
As other contributors have told you, fungi, bacteria and plants are different groups or organisms. They had a common ancestor, but hundreds of millions of years ago.
The fungi and bacteria are not considered as plants , but they are belonging to another kingdoms and each one of them belongs to separate kingdom. Fungi also are belonging to more than one kingdom , so they are separated from plant since a long time.
