I evaluated the anti-free radical activity DPPH of ascorbic acid
I repeated it several times I obtained the same results
I did not understand why from 50 uM the obtained density increases i.e. at 50 and 100 uM the percentage of inhibition decreases knowing that I used a stock solution of 100 uM concentration
I wonder can I plot my standard curve by removing the concentrations of 50 and 100 uM to get R = 0.99

DDPH assay is a antioxidant assay, gives purple dark colour on the basis of concentration of Free DDPH radical in the solution. As you increases you sample ( any antioxidant molecule or free radical scavenger) concentration the color (purple) and Free DPPH radical decreases, which give you low O.D. (means higher % Inhibition).
Was the pH and the temperature constant? If they were constant then there could be some error measurements which you need to correct.
