I would like to measure the antioxidant activity of two pure compounds A and B (of plant origin), then I will make a comparison between the two
the formula I used to calculate the mass in grams needed for each compound is as follows:
m = C * V * M
m: mass in grams
C: the molar concentration in moles
V: the volume I need
M: molar mass
my question is: for the comparison to be exact between A and B I must use the mass in g of A which is equivalent to the mass of B
how can i calculate m for each compound?
M is known
do I have to choose the same molar concentration and the same volume for both compounds?

I want at first to ask a question to be sure that I understood correctly you question.
You want to prepare two compounds A and B both have the same mass in gram
Then one ca use the equality:
mA= mB
CA VA MA= CB VB MB,
Assuming the same volume VA=VB,
then CA/CB= MB/MA,
Since MA and MB are known then assuming certain value for CB you can get CA.

for example if I want to compare glucose which is a monosaccharide and lactose which is a disaccharide
I must take a mass of glucose which is equivalent to a mass of lactose
if I take 1 mg of glucose and 1 mg of lactose the comparison is incorrect because the most important is the molar mass
I can calculate the mass of each molecule by the following formula:
m = c * M * v
m: mass in grams
c: molar concentration
M: molar mass which is known for each molecule
v: volume in liters
my question is the following: for the comparison do I have to take the same volume and the same molar concentration for the two molecules?
